Dog Training
Rob the Dog offers all aspects of dog training. A no nonsense approach based on operant reward based training. Ensuring positive reinforcement for your dog.
Clear instruction for owners by an experienced trainer / communicator, to ensure the owner and dog understands what is expected , and how to resolve any issues and problems identified.
Development of a bespoke action plan to progress the relationship between the dog and owner for a fulfilling and stimulating partnership.
Dog walking
Your dog will be picked up from home, walked for at least 1 hour and then returned home. The walks will be in varied locations and settings, including countryside, parks and beaches to facilitate stimulation and well being.
Areas covered are Swansea and Gower.
About Rob
Rob was a serving police dog handler for 25 Years with South Wales police. He handled 3 general purpose dogs and 3 explosive search dogs.
He was also a home office approved instructor within the dog section and finished the last 5 years of service as an instructor in the regional police training school in Bridgend.
Rob was responsible for general purpose and search dog training and assessed dogs and handlers from outside forces and other agencies.
